    Description

    Silicon carbide armor plate

    Silicon carbide armor plate is made by direct dry pressing and pressureless sintering. It can manufacture flat or curved products according to design requirements, and the product thickness can reach more than 50mm.

    Typical application

    Bulletproof body armor and armor in key areas such as human bodies, tanks, and armed helicopters.

    Application industry: National defense and military industry.

    Advantages

    Silicon carbide armor plate has a dimensional accuracy of ±0.5mm and a thickness of ±0.2mm.

    Silicon carbide armor plate is subjected to strict dimensional and surface fluorescence penetrant testing at the factory.

    High hardness:

    Silicon carbide bulletproof sheet material has a density of 3.15g/cm3 and a Vickers hardness of 23GPa.
